When was the last time you made yourself a healthy, satisfying dinner in under five minutes?
The wonderful ladies over at Mumsnet have produced another fantastic, microwavable meal that allows anyone — even those who don’t consider themselves much of a chef — to make an amazing little tasty bite. And the best part? You can make it in a coffee cup!
If you’ve got some leftover veggies, a little bit of cheese, and an egg, you can make this quick and simple quiche in a mug. Chop up your veggies, whisk an egg, throw in some old pieces of bread, microwave everything for a couple of minutes, and voila! It’s the perfect after-school snack, or a highly satisfying meal for one!
Call me lazy, but I love making the occasional meal in the microwave. And the fact that I don’t have to wash a lot of dishes is a bonus. Sometimes I love cooking for my family, and other times, I’m happy to find meals just like this one — healthy, easy, and oh-so-simple to throw together!

How do they know the paintings are about the area they were painted in and not something they transposed from other artwork and even writing? They assume that.
