This is the perfect dish for hosting a brunch or breakfast (or, if you’re like me, dinner). It isn’t messy and serves 4–6 regular people (…and approximately 1 of me).
Take a deep breath… Inhale… Exhale… And get ready for the deliciousness that is this “Ultimate Egg, Bacon, Cheese, and Avocado Brunch Ring.” This yummy breakfast recipe reminds me a lot of these equally tasty “Cheesy Bacon Bombs” and this avant garde “Bacon Cinnamon Roll.”
This is definitely not for the faint of heart! With the help of the internet, breakfast is getting taken to a whole new level — and I don’t mind it one bit.
This so-called “Brunch Ring,” brought to us by Spoon University, is a flaky, crispy remix of the traditional breakfast wrap or sandwich.
What You’ll Need:
4 slices of bacon
1 package of shredded Mexican cheese blend
1 8-oz. can of Pillsbury crescent rolls
Feel free to swap out the regular crescent rolls for whole wheat dough, the eggs for egg whites, and the regular bacon for turkey or Canadian bacon to reduce calories and fat.
I’d tell you to get rid of the cheese but…let’s be realistic, who wants to cut out cheese? Make sure you watch the video to the end to see the delicious finishing touches that can be added after it’s been baked!
