Prepare delicious summer dessert stuffing big strawberries with sweet cheesecake.

Usually strawberries are so sweet and delicious that you don’t even think about sweetening them with anything more. The best way to eat them (if only you’ve got such opportunity) is just pick them up straight from a bush to your mouth.

If the weather is particularly sunny, here in Poland we boast with the best strawberries in the world. Perfectly sweet, natural and big. There are times, though, like this year, when it is rather rainy, cool, and the biggest crops are suffering from the lack of good starwbies. For this reason, I decided to look for a recipe which would allow me to sweeten our national berry jewels a bit.

Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries, made by “The Girl Who Ate Everything”, seem to be the best idea for me and my family; however, we will modify the recipe with almond cheese as we are vegans. Follow this easy recipe provided by the author, and you’ll gonna end up with either delicious family dessert or awesome appetizer, which would perfectly go on one table with those Strawberry Margarita Jello-O-Shots during a garden party. Of course, DO share your work with us, afterwards.
