I love mashed potatoes. That creamy, cheesy, buttery goodness is enough to make me swoon. As good as they are, we don’t have them that often. It’s because the peeling of the potatoes is not my favorite thing. Is it anyones?! I always try to pass that chore off on someone else at Thanksgiving. It’s boring and knuckles always end up mangled. This is an interesting solution to the potato peeling problem. Tell me what you think.
I’ve seen the quick and easy way to peel hard boiled eggs but that is ametuer hour compared to this method of potato peeling. Yikes! I’ve heard of extreme sports but extreme food prep? Never have a drill and a toilet brush been used so creatively! (All I can say is be sure that it’s a new and clean toilet brush!)

I can’t see myself trying this for family dinner night but definitely for the family reunion and 50 lbs of potato salad. Yea, I’m seriously going to store this away. Want some other cooking hacks. Your wish is my command! See what the Huffington Post has to say about it…
