Photos show a strange swirly light in the skies over parts of Norfolk including Diss in the south and Salhouse in the north.

Chris Fairhall-Smith, an eyewitness who spotted the lights joked they could be a “portal to another dimension”.

Another eyewitness Jordan Coleman McRickus claims he saw the bright lights in the sky for four minutes before they disappeared.

There have also been reports of bright lights spotted across the country, even as far as Wales.

Another possibility for the bright blue spiral in the sky is a potential fuel dump from one of Elon Musk’s Space X rockets.
