In the video, our friends at BuzzFeed demonstrate how to make four meals that are low-carb yet so delicious. They make grilled cheese by grating steamed cauliflower instead of bread. You mix the cauliflower, an egg, and mozzarella; then spread squares on a baking sheet. You bake until golden and then you can assemble like normal, creating a grilled cheese sandwich. It looks so good!
Other cooking hacks include how to make veggie fried rice, tater tots, and mac and cheese. All recipes are made using cauliflower and look so simple and easy. This is another awesome way to serve some delicious homemade treats, especially for those who can’t eat gluten.
