Chocolate lava cakes in 30 seconds? Sounds perfect!

I’ve always wanted to find an easy chocolate lava cake recipe. As you probably know by now, I’m a big fan of baking, and have recently discovered that there are a lot of people who are using the microwave to get things done quickly. And while I don’t think you should use the microwave to cook everything, if you can use it for a shortcut, why not?

This easy chocolate lava cake recipe needs only a few ingredients that most novice bakers have, plus caramel. After putting all the ingredients together in little ramekins, food blogger Karma sets a dollop of caramel in the center, pops them in the microwave, and 30 seconds later – the most decadent dessert ever!

The ingredients are easy, the clean up is easy, and the eating – well, that’s beyond easy!
